We provide you with a compliant USPS cremated remains collection kit including a prepaid Priority Mail Express return label, ensuring your loved one's remains are handled with care and returned to us safely for crafting your memorial keepsake.

Step 1

Place your order for a beautifully
handcrafted memorial wind chime. Choose from our six wind chime styles, then customize the size, color, and bronze bell style. Once ordered, we'll send a complimentary collection kit to your door to begin the process.

Step 2

We'll send you a Collection Kit. Your kit contains everything needed to gather a small portion of your loved one's remains—just 1 teaspoon (single) or 2 teaspoons (double). When ready, return the kit to us using the provided USPS Priority Mail Express box and pre-paid label with full tracking

Step 3

Once we receive your collection kit, we begin the careful work of creating your memorial wind chime. A small portion of your loved one's ashes will be gently combined with liquid porcelain, cast into form, and kiln-fired—becoming an inseparable part of the piece. Within six weeks, your finished chime will be delivered free of charge with the reverence and care it was made to embody.
