Ordering – We're With You Every Step of the Way

Step 1

Step 1

Place your order for a beautifully
handcrafted memorial wind chime. Choose from our six wind chime styles, then customize the size, color, and bronze bell style. Once ordered, we'll send a complimentary collection kit to your door to begin the process.

Step 2

Step 2

We’ll send you a Collection Kit with everything needed to gather a small portion of your loved one’s remains: about 1 teaspoon for a single chime, 2 for a double. A small spoon and a bag marked with a fill line are included, so there’s nothing to measure. When you’re ready, return it in the USPS Priority Mail Express box provided; we’ll email you a pre-paid label with full tracking.

Step 3

Step 3

Once we receive your collection kit, we begin the careful work of creating your memorial wind chime. A small portion of your loved one's ashes will be gently combined with liquid porcelain, cast into form, and kiln-fired—becoming an inseparable part of the piece. Within six weeks, your finished chime will be delivered free of charge with the reverence and care it was made to embody.
