How It Works

Step 1: Collection Kit Delivery
When you select a trusted partner, we'll ship a collection kit directly to your chosen funeral provider. This kit contains everything needed to safely collect and prepare a small portion of remains for your memorial.

Step 2: Partner Coordination
Your funeral provider will handle the collection process with care and professionalism. Once complete, they'll ship the prepared materials directly to us using the provided official USPS remains shipping box included with the kit.

Step 3: Memorial Creation & Delivery
We'll handcraft your memorial and deliver it according to your preference—either shipped to your address or available for pickup at your funeral provider's location.

Using Your Own Provider

If you prefer to work with a funeral or cremation professional who isn't on our trusted partner list, that's absolutely fine. Simply provide their contact information during checkout, and we'll coordinate directly with them to ensure a smooth process.
