We're placing complimentary floor samples with a select group of death care providers — small, independent, and close to the families they serve. We'd love to have a brief conversation to see if we're right for each other.
What We Make
Cairn Ceramics handcrafts porcelain wind chimes made with cremated remains. Each one is permanent, displayable, and unlike anything else a family is likely to encounter in the arrangement process. If you haven't seen one in person yet, the floor sample program is the best place to start.
How We Work With Partners
For families who prefer to work through you, we've built a straightforward process called Trusted Partner Handling.
A Collection Kit ships to your location. You manage collection from the family and coordinate return shipment to us. We handle everything from there — memorial creation and final delivery to the family, or back to you, whichever they prefer. Detailed instructions and prepaid return shipping are included. Timeline from receipt to finished memorial is four to six weeks.
Partners may charge families separately for collection and handling services. That arrangement is entirely between you and the families you serve.
